Below are a variety of resources to help interested group form a SCB Chapter. Be sure to use the information here but don't forget to contact the Chapters Advisory Committee and Executive Office when you begin planning. You can find the contact information here: Contact Us. Getting Started Forms and Operational Documents As of October 2008, new documentation is required for all Chapters. For currently existing Chapters: new documentation must be e-mailed to the BOG Chapter Representative (or faxed to the SCB Executive Office) by JANUARY 31, 2009. Please review the new Chapter Handbook with all Chapter members. The new Chapter Agreement, Bylaws and Charter (ABCs) must be reviewed and signed by the Chapter Board. For currently forming chapters: please review the Handbook and Chapter Agreement, Bylaws and Charter (ABCs) with your members or formation group, and e-mail the ABCs to the BOG Chapter Representative (or fax to the SCB Executive Office) when you are ready (no deadline).
