The SCB
Asia Section was officially launched during the 2003 annual meeting of
the Society in Duluth, Minnesota, with our first section meeting. Our geographic area ranges from the Middle
East to the Far East, with members from Israel in the west to the Philippines
in the east. Russia is also part of the Asian section due to its land
areas in Asia, although it participates in the European Section as well.

| There will be a meeting of the Asia Section at the annual ICCB conference in Edmonton on Monday July 5th (further details will be posted in the conference program). All members, and people with interest in the Asia Section are urged to join us at the meeting. |
